Gabriele Vizzini, born December 22, 1983 in Ragusa, is a freelance filmmaker, actor and vfx compositor. His first short film, "il Telecomando"
(the Remote), won the Best Short Film Award at "Costa Iblea Film Festival 2009” while his second short movie, "Motoperpetuo", has been
selected at “Taormina Film Fest 2011, N.I.C.E.”.
In 2013 he partecipated at REDucation-X course by RED Studios Hollywood, in Los Angeles, to improve his director skills and has produced
other two short movies: “Una spiegazione razionale” (Rational explanation), selected at the “Cubo Vision Awards”, and “Jack”, realized in
Hollywood and selected at “Gioiosa in corto” film festival. He also covered the position of visual effect supervisor in the feature film "Revolver"
produced by Movie.tivi Group.
In 2016 he started “Visual Dimension”, a company for developing professional post production services and indie video productions. After
many works for various company like Mondadori, he produced his new short film, “Meet the killer” (Original title: “A cena col killer”), selected
at “Digital Griffix Online Film Festival”, “MEDFF” and “Rieti e Sabina Flm Festival”.
In 2017 he bring his skills on two indie feature films: DP and visual effects on “Cristiano Rolando”, directed by Alessio Micieli, available on Amazon Prime Video, and visual effects, compositor and camera operator on “Il Male Necessario” directed by Movie.tivi Group, last appearance of the actor Marcello Perracchio. He also worked on the production of “La Mossa del Cavallo” produced by RAI and directed by Gianluca Maria Tavarelli.
In 2019, after various experiences like a stage actor at “Laboratorio Teatrale La Bottega dell’Attore di Germano Martorana”, he realize his first theatral direction with “La Farmacia dei Sentimenti”, a comic sketch, followed by “Il Diavolo Zoppo” a popular legend. He also DP on “Dopo di noi”, a short movie for the ANFFAS 20° anniversary. In 2020 he also DP for the short movie “Quì tutto bene” and two advertising for the brands “Daniè Made in Sicily” and “Rainbow”. In 2021 he directed and post produced the advertising for the restaurant “Mangiami”.
In the following years he opened his business to trailer and photography for Theater performances and his pictures were particulary appreciated.

Highly relevant the music videos production with "L'Uomo Nero" by Deborah Italia, “Descontrol” by El Gringo, “Rock Libero” by the young singer Sofia Minauda, “In quel dolce sogno bizzarro” and “Polvere di stelle” by “La Fabbrica delle Nuvole”, “C’era una Vodka” by David, “#Tuttapposto” by Arà, “Il tempo di morire” and “Ancora tu” by Gabriele Napolitano, “Vorrei Essere” by Emanuele Corbino and “Come altalene” by The Doubles. He also post-produced “Totoi” by Walter Venniro, “End of Road” by Stefano Meli, “Trenta” (Thirty) and “Cosa Resta” (What Remains) by Serena Agosta.

During his career he realized various production and post-production services like visual effects, digital animations, TV ads and documentaries. He was one of the founder members of the “Arcadia Comics & Games” association and with them realized the first International ComicCon in Ragusa. For them he realized all the youtube advertising for the main events.
